1. Trust Identity & Purpose

Vasudha Gaushala is a registered charitable trust in India, governed under the Indian Trusts Act and Income Tax Act. The primary objective of the trust is cow welfare, including feeding, medical care, shelter, and protection. Secondary objectives may include broader animal welfare initiatives aligned with ethical and environmental goals.

2. Voluntary Donations

• All donations made through this website are entirely voluntary.

• Donors contribute with no expectation of financial return, material benefit, or preferential treatment.

• Donations made via the displayed UPI QR code are transferred directly to the trust’s bank account and utilized exclusively for charitable purposes.

• Donors are responsible for ensuring accurate details (UPI ID, reference ID, screenshot, etc.) when submitting the donation form.

 
3. 80G Tax Exemption
 

• Vasudha Gaushala is a certified 80G organization. Eligible donors may request a tax-exemption receipt by filling out the required form with valid proof.

• The issuance of 80G receipts is subject to successful verification of the donation transaction.

• The Trust is not responsible for errors in donor-submitted details that may result in failed or delayed processing of receipts.

 
4. Non-Refundable Donations
 

• All donations are non-refundable once processed.

• We urge donors to double-check the amount, purpose, and UPI details before confirming payment.

 
5. No Commercial Exchange
 

• Vasudha Gaushala is a non-profit organization.

• No products, services, or financial returns are provided in exchange for donations.

• Donation does not constitute a sale, purchase, barter, or investment.

  
6. Financial Aid Disclaimer
 

• Financial aid, when granted, is a personal social initiative facilitated independently outside the scope of the Trust.

• The Trust does not provide, disburse, manage, or guarantee any financial assistance.

• Any such aid is extended through personal charitable discretion from private, non-trust funds, and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

 
7. Eligibility for Financial Aid
 

• Donors may be considered for financial aid after submitting a donation, but such consideration is not automatic, not guaranteed, and not contractually binding.

• Donation amount or frequency does not influence eligibility, approval, or disbursal.

• Applicants must complete the financial aid application form and undergo screening to be eligible for further consideration.

• Applicants must agree to voluntarily repay the assistance over a defined term. This does not constitute a commercial loan, nor is it enforceable under banking law.

 
8. Moral & Ethical Values
 

• While Vasudha Gaushala upholds Hindu values of compassion and cow reverence, the Trust remains inclusive and secular in its operations.

• Supporters, donors, and beneficiaries from all faiths, regions, genders, and castes are welcomed and treated equally.

• Feeding cows or engaging in charitable acts of compassion may reflect ethical alignment but do not affect financial aid decisions.

 
9. Use of Funds
 

• The majority of donations are utilized for:

  • Cow feeding and fodder procurement

  • Veterinary care and emergency treatment

  • Shelter building and maintenance

  • Cleanliness, safety, and expansion of cow enclosures

• A portion of donations may be used for broader animal welfare, public education, or infrastructure enhancement.

 
10. Liability Limitation
 

• The Trust is not liable for:

  • Donor mistakes in entering payment information

  • Failure to qualify for financial aid

  • Acts or omissions of any third-party UPI payment gateway

  • Delays in issuing 80G receipts due to incorrect or missing donor data

• The Trust assumes no legal liability for any private support extended outside its formal scope.

  
11. Data Privacy
 

• All personal information collected via forms is stored securely and used strictly for:
